We currently support call Sangoma Phone call pop-up integration with Autotask, Salesforce, and Connectwise. Setting up your integration can be done through our Customer Portal.

To begin, login to your account in the Customer Portal.

Navigate to My Extension > CRM Integration
- Your account will need to be granted permissions to modify integration settings. If you need this permission added to your account, please reach out to our Support team.
- Click "New Integration". A pop-up will appear for you to enter the required information. A link to instructions and what information is needed can be found in this pop-up, as well as below:

Once your integration has been saved, you are ready to enter the provided URL into your Sangoma Phone application. Instructions for this are linked on the page, and can also be found by clicking here.
