Because Connectwise Manage forces phone integration with Skype at this time, we have a work around for outbound calls. See instructions and examples below.
- Install the Zulu browser extension (refer to Click to Dial for installation instructions)
Phone numbers in list view will become clickable:
Phone numbers on contact pages will dial using right click:
- Highlight the phone number using your cursor
- Right-click on the highlighted text
- Select "Make Call" from the options and Zulu will dial out
