Loop Communications will need the following information to setup your Connectwise integration:
- Connectwise URL
- What is the URL / Site you use to sign onto Connectwise (for example, https://na.myconnectwise.net)
- Company ID
- This is the name you use for "Company" during login
- Public API Key / Private API Key: See instructions below
Generate API Key
- Under System -> Security Roles, create new security role called LoopPhoneIntegration with the following permissions:
- Companies -> Company Maintenance: Inquire Level = All
- Companies -> Contacts: Inquire Level = All
- System -> API Reports: Inquire Level = All
- Under Members -> API Members, create a new API Member
- Member ID = LoopAPI
- Member Name = LoopAPI
- Role ID = LoopPhoneIntegration
- Select API Keys tab, click the “+” to generate a new key
- Description = “Phone Integration” and click save. This will display the public and private API keys. Record keys and send to Loop Communications. Note this is the only time you will have access to the Private Key
Once you have the required information on hand, visit the CRM Integration page on our Customer portal and enter it into the fields provided. If you do not have access to modify your integration information, please reach out to our Support team.
