To download multiple call recordings at once, log into the Customer Portal, and navigate to the Call History page by clicking Reports, and then Call History.
To select calls that you would like to download, use the checkboxes located on the right side of the entry in your list of calls.
Select the calls you would like to download. Once completed, click the Download dropdown menu, and then click "Bulk Download Selected Calls".
Your download request will be submitted. The calls you selected will be compressed into a .ZIP archive file and then a download link will be sent to the email address on file with your account.
Please note that download requests are handled in the order they are received, and it may take some time before you receive a link to download the files.
Once the link is sent, it will be valid for 30 minutes. After this 30 minute time period, the link will no longer be valid, and the archive will be deleted. If you still need the files after this time window, please re-submit your download request.
