- To manage your authentication settings, log in to the Customer Portal and access the settings page for your account.
- (accessing the settings page for your portal account will require you to confirm your password)
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
- Navigate to the Two-Factor Authentication tab and click the Enable button.
- Select your preferred method of authentication from the dropdown provided, and click the Continue button.
- If you selected the SMS option, enter a valid 10-digit US phone number that is able to receive SMS messages
- The Email option will use the email address associated with your account.
- You will need to confirm a valid authentication code to continue.
- If you selected Authenticator App, please scan the provided QR code in your mobile authenticator app of choice, and enter the current code.
- If you selected Email or SMS, please enter the code you receive via the selected method.
- Once you enter a valid code and click Confirm, Two-Factor Authentication will have successfully been enabled for your account! Click the continue button on the below prompt to return to the home page.
- If you would like to change your method of authentication, you will need to disable and then re-enable two-factor authentication for your account, and select the new method during the setup process.
Disabling Two-Factor Authentication
- Navigate to the Two-Factor Authentication tab and click the Disable button.
