A Windows 11 feature called Clipboard Suggested Actions can allow you to make a phone call by simply highlighting a number and pressing CTRL+C. This can be used as an alternative to the Click-to-Dial extensions. The following article goes into details on how to set up both Clipboard Suggested Actions, and the required settings in Sangoma Desktop to be able to use these features.
